We are pet owners ourselves and we know just how important your pets are, so you and your pet will always be treated as individuals and everything will be specifically tailored to give your pets the very best possible care.
We’ll always go the extra mile for you and your pets. For example, to reduce stress we have specially designed separate waiting areas for cats and dogs – but if your pet is still anxious, that’s no problem. You can wait in your car and we’ll come and fetch you both when it’s time for your appointment.
Speaking of appointments, we have standard vet consultations of 15 minutes to allow plenty of time to fully investigate your pet’s condition and advise you properly.
We’ll even help you carry heavy pet carriers or bags of food to or from your car – just ask one of our friendly receptionists who will be more than happy to assist you.
We specialise in family pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chickens and more, and have focused only on small animals for more than a decade. We were founded in 1950, and have provided quality veterinary care to pets in Halesworth and the surrounding areas for over 60 years.
